Jalo Helsinki Oiva Fire Extinguisher , Black

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Finland’s independence, Jalo Helsinki has launched a streamlined fire extinguisher, designed by professor Oiva Toikka. Oiva is not only attractive but easy to use too: after removing the bird’s head and seal, the extinguisher functions like a standard spray bottle. As the extinguishant is biodegradable, it may be cleaned with water and ordinary household detergents.

Suitable for fires resulting from cooking oil/fats in frying and baking equipment (fire class F) and pans, extractor hoods and shafts solid materials (Class A fires) e.g.: wood, plastics, textiles, etc. Note! The extinguishing agent is not suitable for extinguishing burning fluids (fire rating B)

Contents: 300 ml (extinguishing power approx 35sec)

Material: Plastic, fluid biodegradable high performance fat extinguishing agent based on organic salts (includes 1,2,3-Benzotriazole > 0.1 ≤ 0.25 % w/w).

The fire extinguisher is not refillable - Jalo Helsinki recommends the container is disposed after use, even if not empty.
