For small item/furniture (within 50 x 50 x 60cm)
We offer free delivery on order over hk$800, or hk$48 flat rate on each delivery.
For large item/furniture (over 50 x 50 x 60cm)
We offer free delivery on orders over hk$20000, or hk$200 flat rate on each delivery*.
Hong Kong orders will be shipped using S.F. Express delivery service/ in house logistic team.
*Surcharge may apply to shipments delivered toremote areas (Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Macau), for enquiry please email us info@homeless.hk
Pickup
After we’ve confirmed your order, depend on stock availability for chosen location, your order will usually be ready within 2-7 working days. We will email you as soon as the pick up is ready. You can chose to pick up at below locations:
1. Flat B, 6/F, Shui Ki Ind. BLD, 18 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Hong Kong
Opening hours 1100 - 1900 (Monday - Friday)
2. Causeway Bay, Lee Garden 3, Shop 126
Opening hours 1100 to 2030 (tel: 2117 1036)

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and an email or text alert with your order number in it.
When will I receive my order?
Your parcel will be normally deliver within 2-7days. For furniture order, our officer will contact you to confirm delivery detail. When pre-ordering item, please contact us for delivery detail: info@homeless.hk
When will I receive the tracking number?
You will receive an email with the tracking number and details as soon as your order is dispatched.
If you would like us to start shipping to your country, be sure to contact us at info@homeless.hk. Delivery time is estimated up to 14 days for international shipping.
Can you keep the items for a while after purchase?
Yes, we can hold onto your order for up to 3 months.
