Below Term & Conditions applies to all gift voucher issued by Homeless Limited.
- Voucher is valid for 1-year from the date of issue.
- Voucher entitles the holder to purchase any merchandises which include discounted items.
- Voucher is for one-time use only and any unused values will not be refunded.
- Voucher is not exchangeable or refundable for cash.
- The value of the voucher does not accumulate reward point in the Membership Rewards program at purchase.
- Original Voucher must be submitted at purchase, photocopies or other forms will not be accepted.
- Voucher will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
- Any damages of the voucher may not be accepted.
- Voucher is valid only if endorsed with company chop and authorized signature.
- HOMELESS Ltd. Reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, HOMELESS Ltd.’s decision will be final and conclusive.
