HAY was founded in 2002 by Rolf and Mette Hay in Denmark with the ambition to create accessible contemporary design for modern living.
The Pack Chair is Jasper Morrison’s first chair for HAY – a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic trattoria chair. Seat and backrest are moulded from 80% post-consumer recycled polypropylene blended with wood fibres for a natural tactility, paired with solid oak legs. Flat-packed for easy assembly, with optional fabric cover that clicks into place. Designed for long life, disassembly and everyday use in residential or contract settings.
