This is a 6-month onsite internship (full-time, based in Hong Kong) starting in 2026, where you will join our core team—one of the key drivers behind our continued growth and brand strength in the local design and lifestyle market.
As a Marketing Intern, you will report directly to the marketing lead and play an active role in strengthening HOMELESS.hk’s voice, engaging our community of design lovers, and supporting initiatives to expand market presence.
Job description
- Assist in ideation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns, new collection launches, seasonal promotions, and branding projects.
- Support quality assurance of the HOMELESS.hk website, product pages, descriptions, and all marketing copy to ensure brand consistency and high standards.
- Research current and emerging trends in interior design, home styling, Scandinavian aesthetics, Hong Kong lifestyle, and social media to inform content and campaign direction.
- Help identify, build, and maintain a growing database of relevant influencers, home stylists, interior bloggers, KOLs, and micro-influencers in Hong Kong and the region.
- Compose, write, and translate engaging marketing copy (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese) for social posts, emails, product stories, campaign visuals, event materials, and website content.
- Support outreach to and relationship management with selected influencers, KOLs, and home/lifestyle creators—coordinating product seeding, content guidelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Participate in store events, pop-ups, product launch activations, and in-store experiences—providing on-site support and helping ensure smooth execution.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Currently in Year 2 to final year of university, or recent graduates with less than 1 year of full-time work experience (preferred).
- Open to all academic backgrounds—anyone genuinely passionate about design, marketing, communications, or retail is welcome (Marketing, Business, Communications, Design-related fields preferred but not required).
- Comfortable and confident managing or creating content for social media platforms (especially Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook).
- Highly trend-sensitive with strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin; excellent copywriting and translation ability across languages is essential).
- Inspired, self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Available for a full 6-month onsite commitment in Hong Kong starting in 2026 (flexible start date within the year).
