Job Description
- Resolve matter / follow up with customer enquiry emails and messages
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics department
- Daily monitoring of customer feedback across the social networks
- Support ad-hoc projects/tasks
- Work in Wong Chuk Hang
Requirement
Proficient in written & verbal communication in Chinese/ Cantonese/ English
Fresh graduates will also be considered
Prior work experience in customer service, media agency, telemarketing
Passion and patience in helping customers with their difficulties
Experience in e-commerce and logistics industry is highly regarded
Proficient in Facebook, Instagram
Social media experience and search marketing are advantageous but not compulsory
